The Thai League has decided to put first and second division fixtures on hold for a 2-week period due to daily rises in the number of new patients infected with Covid-19 as the epidemic continues to run its course throughout Thailand.

The Sports Authority of Thailand under the Ministry of Tourism and Sports has requested cooperation from the Football Association of Thailand to call off or postpone competition for the time being which the association has complied and rescheduled the start of the Toyota Thai League (Thai League 1) and M-150 Championship (Thai League 2) 2021/22 seasons.

Postponement of Toyota Thai League 2021/22 football matches takes effect from the previously set commencement date of July 31, 2021 and moves the season’s kick-off to August 13, 2021.
